### REPORT OF INDEPENDENT REGISTERED PUBLIC ACCOUNTING FIRM

To the Board of Directors of Investments For You, Inc. Marysville, Ohio

We have reviewed management's statements, included in the accompanying SEC Rule 15c3-3 Exemption Report, in which (1) Investments For You, Inc. identified the following provisions of 17 C.F.R. §15c3-3(k) under which Investments For You, Inc. claimed an exemption from 17 C.F.R. §240.15c3-3: (k)(l) (the "exemption provisions") and (2) Investments For You, Inc. stated that Investments For You, Inc. met the identified exemption provisions throughout the most recent fiscal year without exception. Investments For You, Inc.'s management is responsible for compliance with the exemption provisions and its statements.

Our review was conducted in accordance with the standards of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (United States) and, accordingly, included inquiries and other required procedures to obtain evidence about Investments For You, Inc.'s compliance with the exemption provisions. review is substantially less in scope than an examination, the objective of which is the expression of an opinion on management's statements. Accordingly, we do not express such an opinion.

Based on our review, we are not aware of any material modifications that should be made to management's statements referred to above for them to be fairly stated, in all material respects, based on the provisions set forth in paragraph (k)(l) of Rule 15c3-3 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

The Company files federal income tax return. The provision for income taxes included in the accompanying statements of operations was computed by applying statutory rates to income before taxes.

Deferred income taxes are recognized for the tax consequences in future years of temporary differences between the financial reporting and tax bases of assets and liabilities at each year-end based on enacted tax laws and statutory tax rates. Valuation allowances are established when necessary to reduce deferred tax assets to the amount expected to be realized. As of September 30,2025 and 2024, valuation allowance was not recorded as no deferred tax assets were recognized. Income tax expense represents the taxes currently payable and the net change during the period in deferred tax assets and liabilities.

The Company accounts for uncertainty in income taxes in its financial statements as required by generally accepted accounting principles. The standard prescribes recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of tax position taken or expected to be taken in tax return. The standard also provides guidance on de-recognition, classification, interest and penalties, accounting in interim periods, disclosure and transition accounting. Management determined there were no material uncertain positions taken by the Company in its tax returns.

# NOTE SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

The Company has evaluated subsequent events through December 29,2025, the date of the Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm's Report, which is the date the financial statements were available to be issued. There have been no significant subsequent events.

{12}------------------------------------------------

#### NOTE6-COVID-19

During March 2020, the state and federal government issued stay at home and social distancing recommendations to combat the COVID-19 global pandemic. As result, numerous local businesses were closed and employees were laid off. The Company has made operational modifications to comply with the above recommendations, but continues to offer its services as of the audit report date. There has not been material disruption to operations that would constitute going concern. The Company believes its current activity levels are enough to withstand the effects as of the pandemic through the following 12 months from the report date. The Company is unable to project what other effects this pandemic will have beyond the current restrictions, however management and the stockholders have no intention of ceasing operations.

#### NOTE NET CAPITAL REQUIREMENTS

As registered securities dealer, the Company is subject to SEC's Uniform Net Capital Rule 15c3-l, which requires that "Net Capital", as defined, shall be at least the greater of \$5,000 or 2/3% of "Aggregate Indebtedness", as defined. Under the rule, the ratio of Aggregate Indebtedness to the Net Capital should not exceed 15 to 1. At September 30,2025, the Company's "Net Capital" was \$24,399.60, which exceeded the requirements by \$19,399.60. The ratio of "Aggregate Indebtedness" to "Net Capital" was 2.36 to at September 30,2025.

#### NOTE CONTINGENCIES

The Company may enter into agreements that contain certain representations and warranties and which provide general indemnifications. The Company serves as a guarantor of such obligations. The Company's maximum exposure under these arrangements is unknown, as this would involve future claims that may be made against the Company that have not yet occurred. The Company expects any risk of liability associated with such indemnifications to be remote. As of September 30, 2025, the Company has not accrued for any such claims or other contingencies.

In the ordinary course of business, the Company is also subject to regulatory examinations, information gathering requests, inquiries and investigations. As registered broker-dealer, the Company is subject to regulation by the SEC, the FINRA, and state securities regulators. In connection with formal and informal inquiries by those agencies, the Company receives numerous requests, subpoenas and orders of documents, testimony and information in connection with various aspects of its regulated activities.

#### NOTE 9- RECEIVABLES AND ALLOWANCE FOR CREDIT LOSSES

Receivables are uncollateralized and due under normal trade terms. The Company generally collects receivables within 30 days and does not charge interest on items with dates over 30 days old. The carrying amount of receivables is reduced by

{13}------------------------------------------------

valuation allowance that reflects management's best estimate of the amounts that will not be collected. FASB ASC 326-20 requires the Company to estimate expected credit losses over the life of its financial assets and certain off-balance sheet exposures as of the reporting date based on relevant information about past events, current conditions, and reasonable and supportable forecasts. Additionally, management estimates an allowance for the aggregate remaining receivables based on historical collectability. In the opinion of management, at September 30, 2025, all receivables were considered collectible and have been collected prior to this report

# NOTE 10-REPORTABLESEGEMENT DISCLOSURE

The Company is engaged in single line of business as securities broker-dealer. The Company has identified Max C. Binman, President as the chief operating decision maker ("CODM"), who uses net income to evaluate the results of the business, predominantly in the forecasting process, to manage the Company. Additionally, the CODM uses excess net capital (see Supplementary Schedules), which is not measure of profit and loss, to make operational decisions while maintaining capital adequacy, such as whether to reinvest profits or pay dividends. The Company's operations constitute single operating segment and therefore, single reportable segment, because the CODM manages the business activities using information of the Company as whole. The accounting policies used to measure the profit and loss of the segment are the same as those described in the summary of significant account policies.
