## Investment objective

The Salient Tactical Plus Fund (the Fund) seeks to produce, in any market environment, above-average risk-adjusted returns and less downside volatility than the S&P 500 Index. The Board of Trustees (the Board) of Salient MF Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the Trust), which is responsible for overseeing all business activities of the Trust and the Fund, can change the Funds investment objective and strategies without shareholder approval.
